WHO WE WORK WITH

Treat & Company is a partner to companies
who value beauty, quality, and thoughtful creativity.
We are equally at home with new entrepreneurs
and household names, with capabilities that
scale from focused projects to expansive collections.
Here are some of the people we've helped.

WHO WE ARE

OUR STUDIO

Collaborative by nature, our team blends interests and expertise from all over – art, technology, photography, retail, music, and beyond – to uncover possibilities in unexpected places. Our culture is
hands-on, forward thinking and passionately design-driven.

Lisa Fredrikson

Founder / President

Seeing a creativity gap in the design space, Lisa co-founded Treat & Company with Lili Hall in 2006 to bring style and smarts to consumer products for big brands and new ventures alike. A veteran business thinker, she grounds our inventive spirit in real-world context and strategic can-do. For over 20 years, Lisa's worked hand in hand with designers to navigate product, merchandising and sourcing for launches large and small.

Melanie Haroldson

Creative Director

Applying creativity to solve problems by any means necessary, Melanie gently guides her team to solutions that are bravely original and fully realized. She's spent over 15 years creating products and experiences for brands people love, both as leader and hands-on doer. From illustration to design to photo direction, Melanie brings a subtle eye and a perfectionist's drive to everything we do.

Lisa helps us strike that tricky balance between vision and results, channeling business acumen and design thinking into brilliantly effective solutions. As Treat's accounts and relationship lead, she sees our partners through the process from first meeting to final delivery. She's been leading major projects for over 15 years, including seven inside a Fortune 100 company.
